Scope and collection
The NyxEvo corporate website is a static information site. It has no account login, payment form, advertising pixel, marketing automation, third-party support widget, or product analytics. It does not ask you to submit personal information through a web form.
If you email NyxEvo, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, route the request, protect our services, and keep records where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Preferences stay in your browser
The site stores your language and appearance choices in local browser storage so they remain selected on your next visit. These values describe only the selected language and whether the site should use light, dark, or system appearance. They are not sent to NyxEvo by the site’s scripts.

Hosting and linked services
Like most websites, hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser information, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain operational logs. Retention is governed by operational need, provider settings, and applicable law.
The homepage displays a published Palim product preview served from the NyxEvo website. Following a link to Palim, an email client, or another website moves you to that service and its applicable privacy terms.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information NyxEvo holds about you, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. These rights may be subject to legal limits and identity verification.
